Description: Join us for a spooktacular Halloween celebration in downtown Belleville! Visit local businesses for Halloween treats between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Don’t miss the costume contest at 6:00 PM in St. Square, with categories for ages 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, and Family. Prizes will be awarded to winners and runners-up. Come in your best costume and enjoy a fun-filled evening with the community!
