P.A.C.E, or Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a unique health plan and care provider, committed to keeping aging adults with challenging healthcare conditions in their home.

To qualify for PACE, a person must be age 55 or over, live in a PACE service area, and be certified by the state to need a nursing home level care.
