LYNORE CLARK is the Director of Property Management for the Shopping Center Division at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc. with over 25 years of experience in shopping center management with the company. As Director of Property Management, her diverse portfolio includes over 1.7 million square feet of commercial centers. She is also responsible for overseeing the management team of an additional 1.7 million square feet of retail centers throughout 24 states.
Lynores professional experience includes tenant relations, operations, budgeting, forecasting, and collections while collaborating with the accounting, leasing, development, and legal teams. She has extensive knowledge of ground-up retail projects, redevelopments, and acquisitions.
Lynore is an active member of ICSC, sits on the ICSC Michigan State Committee and is the chairperson for the ICSC Michigan Operations Committee; she holds her Real Estate Salesperson License in Michigan and is accredited with the CSM and CRX certifications through ICSC.
